Welcome to our web site. We are the premier provider, in the south coast, of entertainment and training in the field of wrestling. We hold various entertaining shows which are fun for all ages. We also providing training for all levels of expertise. We are located in Haylang Island, Hampshire, within easy reach of Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Chichester, Bognor, Littlehampton and other surrounding areas.

We have our own custom wrestling ring, which is assembled according to strict health and safety guidelines and all new recruits are broken in gently with training sessions using large padded mats to avoid any injuries to all involved.

All training includes warm up and warm down exercises design to keep the body supple and flexible so that moves can be preformed that do not cause injury or strain, so you could even gain fitness and toning just by having fun!
